ПЕДАГОГІЧНІ УМОВИ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ЗДОРОВ’ЯЗБЕРІГАЮЧОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ КЕРІВНИКА ЗАГАЛЬНООСВІТНЬОГО НАВЧАЛЬНОГО ЗАКЛАДУ

Мета : обґрунтування педагогічних умов організації здоров’язберігаючої діяльності керівника загальноосвітнього навчального закладу. Матеріал : публікації за темою дослідження. Проаналізовано 40 літературних джерел. Результати : визначено, що педагогічними умовами ефективної реалізації здоров’язберігаючої діяльності керівника закладу є: вплив взаємозв’язку навчально-методичних служб районного органу управління освітою; активізація особистості керівника; усвідомлення керівником цінностей і засвоєння знань щодо здоров’я людини, шляхів його збереження у процесі освіти; здійснення управлінцем самоосвітньої роботи; оновлення й набуття нових знань і досвіду, що забезпечує особистісно-професійне зростання управлінця та сприяє підвищенню якості навчання й виховання школярів. Висновки : Самоосвітня робота відкриває можливості для забезпечення вдосконалення управлінських, комунікативних, рефлексивних якостей і вмінь. Також надає інструментарій для самостійного і творчого розв’язання завдань здоров’язбереження суб’єктів педагогічного процесу.Посилання
