ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ ЕКСПЕРИМЕНТАЛЬНОЇ СИСТЕМИ В ОВОЛОДІННІ ДІТЬМИ ОСНОВНИМИ РУХАМИ НА МАНУАЛЬНУ ВПРАВНІСТЬ

Мета: визначити ефективність змодельованої системи превентивного розвитку рухової активності дітей дошкільного віку у вирішенні завдання з оволодіння основними рухами на мануальну вправність. Матеріал : у дослідженні взяли участь п’ятирічні діти (контрольні групи n=150; експериментальні групи - n=120). Результати : встановлено, що перехід від незручних до звичайних (зручних) для дитини умов виконання вправ сприяє більш швидкому формуванню необхідної рухової програми. Це пов’язано з тим, що незалежно від спрямованості мануальної рухової асиметрії відбувається розвиток взаємодії між півкулями. Така взаємодія є важливою умовою підвищення ефективності діяльності дитини у різних змістових напрямках. Досягненню такого результату сприяли також заняття фізичними вправами, які діти використовували вдома. Важливою тут була діяльність інструктора з фізичної культури і вихователів: вони формували в батьків усвідомлену позицію про необхідність таких занять; рекомендували ефективні засоби і методи. Висновки : використання запропонованої системи забезпечує значно кращий результат аніж традиційний підхід до вирішення такого завдання. Це є одним із ключових у превенції наявних негативних тенденцій в розвитку дітей дошкільного віку.Посилання
