ОБ’ЄКТИВНІ КРИТЕРІЇ ДЛЯ ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНО-РЕЗЕРВНИХ МОЖЛИВОСТЕЙ УЧНІВ СЕРЕДНЬОГО ШКІЛЬНОГО ВІКУ

Мета : обґрунтувати критерії визначення функціонально-резервних можливостей учнів середнього шкільного віку. Матеріал : В опитуванні взяли участь 1017 учнів 5-9 класів 16-ти шкіл. Опитано 200 вчителів фізичної культури 75-ти шкіл, 22-х міст України. До тестування було залучено 154 школярі. Рівень фізичної підготовленості і здоров’я визначався за індексом. Учні складали 4 простих тестових вправи. Результат : Визначено показники фізичного розвитку, психічного стану, фізичної підготовленості, обсягів рухової активності. Обґрунтовано критерії визначення функціонально-резервних можливостей школярів. З'ясовано величини граничних показників фізичного розвитку та фізичної підготовленості, що гарантують міцне здоров’я та оптимальний рівень функціонально-резервних можливостей організму учня. Висновки : Відхилення комплексу цих показників від граничних інформує про потенційну приналежності школярів до групи ризику. Це потребує коригування способу життя та рухової активності школяра.Посилання
