Методика навчання кидковим і метальним рухам школярів старших класів на основі застосування технологій комплексного впливу на руховий та інтелектуальний розвиток

Анотація

Мета : визначити вплив застосування технологій інтегральної когнітивної та рухової спрямованості на процес розвитку техніки метань в легкій атлетиці. Матеріал : в дослідженні брали участь 2 групи школярок: контрольна (n = 22 дівчини) і експериментальна (n = 21 дівчина). Результати : Позитивний ефект застосування авторської методики забезпечується адекватним добором вправ і розширенням теоретичного аспекту програми навчання. Програма включає міжпредметні зв'язки та інформаційні технології для активізації асоціативного сприйняття основ раціональної техніки рухів. Практичне виконання підвідних і основних вправ доповнюється теоретичним вивченням біомеханічних основ базових легкоатлетичних рухів. На уроках інформатики, геометрії, біології учні переглядали навчальний фільм, в якому проводилася аналогія в правилі додавання векторів між законами біомеханічного додавання сил. Висновки : Показана правомірність і доцільність застосування методики на заняттях з легкої атлетики школярів старших класів.
