Вплив програми вправ на спілкування і поведінку дитини з аутістічнимм спектральним розладом

Мета дослідження . Метою даного дослідження було вивчення впливу вправ на комунікативні навички і поведінку дитини з аутістичним спектральним розладом (ASD). Матеріал і методи . В опитуванні брав участь 7-річний хлопчик, який відвідує школу середнього віку, у якого було діагностовано у віці 2,5 років поширене розлад розвитку і в 3,5 року - ADS. Щорічна переоцінка у віці 6 років визначила його як дитину з високим функціональним аутизмом. Дослідження складалося з трьох фаз. У процесі співбесіди з допомогою опитувальника були зібрані дані про загальну картину хлопчика. На той же запитальник відповіли всі учасники (батьки, вчитель загального класу, викладач паралельної підтримки і викладач фізкультури) за два дні до і через два дні після реалізації програми втручання до запису спостереження. Запитальник досліджував чотири області, тобто намір або функцію комунікації, семантичні категорії і використання слів, контекстну (фреймворческую) зв'язок і способи (засоби) комунікації. Програма втручання тривала 12 тижнів з частотою 3 сеанси на тиждень по 40-45 хвилин кожна сесія, включаючи заходи по балансу, вправи для самосвідомості, групові ігри (3-4 людини), візуально-моторну координацію, бічний рух і час і простір. Результати : після впровадження програми втручання дитина показав значне поліпшення у всіх доменах і майже у всіх підкатегоріях. Висновки . Індивідуально структурована програма вправ призводить до значного поліпшення поведінки, навичок і спілкування для дитини з ASD.Посилання
