АНАЛІЗ СТАНУ ВЕГЕТАТИВНОГО ГОМЕОСТАЗУ КВАЛІФІКОВАНИХ ГАНДБОЛІСТІВ

Мета: вивчити особливості та динаміку фізіологічних показників кваліфікованих гандболістів. Матеріал. В експерименті приймали участь кваліфіковані гандболісти (n=112, вік 18-35 років). Для визначення стану вегетативного гомеостазу аналізувалась варіабельність серцевого ритму. Дослідження проводилися в лабораторних умовах у стані спокою в положенні лежачи протягом 5 хвилин. Результати . Встановлено, що адаптивні реакції організму спортсменів на тренувальне навантаження в підготовчому періоді протікають з різною напругою систем регуляції. Наприкінці змагального періоду відображається гіперкінетичний синдром. Він засвідчив недостатність засобів, які дозволяють зберегти оптимальну регуляцію серцево-судинної системи і підвищити її функціональні можливості. Висновки . Показники серцево-судинної системи та їх динаміка засвідчили збереження високого рівня гемодинамічного забезпечення організму гандболістів. Високий рівень вегетативного гомеостазу вказав на певну ступінь тренованості спортсменів. Такий стан є достатнім для збереження високого потенціалу симпатоадреналової системи і подолання процесів втоми.Посилання
