МІСЦЕ ТРАВМАТИЗМУ В ТРЕНУВАЛЬНОМУ ПРОЦЕСІ СЕРЕД СТУДЕНТІВ-ВОЛЕЙБОЛІСТІВ

Мета: аналіз травм в тренувальному процесі серед студентів, які займаються в секції волейболу. Матеріал : у дослідженні взяли участь 42 студента. Для аналізу травм вивчали медичні картки студентів. Результати: з кожним роком навчання в університеті у студентів кількість травм зменшувалася. На першому курсі було виявлено 10 травм, на четвертому - 5. Частіше зустрічаються розтягнення зв’язок. Всього таких травм виявлено 33,3%. Основна їх кількість припадає на травми гомілковостопного суглоба. Причинами виникнення таких травм є ривки, зупинки, зміна напрямку руху. Досить часто зустрічаються удари (30%) колінного і ліктьового суглобів. Такі травми отримуються при падінні. Ступінь пошкодження суглобів в основному незначний. Найбільша кількість середніх і важких травм було на першому курсі (9 з 10) і на другому курсі (8 з 8). Висновки: пропонується комплекс профілактичних заходів, спрямованих на попередження травм. Вирішення проблеми попередження травматизму у волейболі полягає у вдосконаленні техніки і методики тренування студентів-волейболістів. Основними причинами травматизму є: недотримання принципів спортивного тренування; рівень організаційного та матеріально-технічного забезпечення тренувального процесу.Посилання
