Дослідження ефективності авторської програми прикладної фізичної підготовки офіцерів-випускників кафедр підготовки офіцерів запасу

Мета: перевірити ефективність програми прикладної фізичної підготовки офіцерів, призваних на військову службу після закінчення кафедр підготовки офіцерів запасу. Матеріал: Дослідження проводилися на базі 184 Навчального центру з червня 2014 по грудень 2015 року. У дослідженні взяли участь 80 офіцерів (n=30 - випускники вищих військових навчальних закладів; n=26, n=24 - випускники кафедри підготовки офіцерів запасу), віком 22-27 років. Результати: проведено аналіз рівня фізичної підготовленості офіцерів за вправами, які характеризують загальну фізичну підготовленість та військово-прикладні навички (біг на 100 м, підтягування на перекладині, біг на 3000 м, подолання єдиної смуги перешкод, метання гранати на дальність та на точність, а також марш-кидок на 5 км). Розроблено програму, сутність якої полягає в забезпечені фізичної готовності та прискоренні процесу адаптації офіцерів-випускників до професійної (бойової) діяльності. Висновки: доведено, що впровадження авторської програми позитивно вплинуло на вдосконалення загальних фізичних якостей та військово-прикладних навичок офіцерів - випускників кафедр підготовки офіцерів запасу (р-0,05-0,001).Посилання
