Дослідження індивідуальних функціональних можливостей футбольних арбітрів високої кваліфікації

Мета : визначити рівень індивідуальних функціональних можливостей арбітрів високої кваліфікації. Матеріал : в експерименті брало участь 29 арбітрів високої кваліфікації у віці 21-45 років. Результати : встановлено, що засоби і методи спеціальної фізичної підготовки до змагань є недостатньо ефективними. Функціональні можливості арбітрів різні. Тільки 8 арбітрів мають високий рівень функціональних можливостей. Висновки : дослідження функціонального стану арбітрів є важливим фактором планування їх тренувального процесу. Жорсткі за обсягом і інтенсивності фізичні навантаження при неправильному плануванні тренувального процесу можуть призвести до перетренування, зниженню рівня спеціальної фізичної підготовленості, сприяють патологічних змін в організмі.Посилання
