Порівняння психічного здоров'я, фізичних симптомів тривоги і порушень сну та порушень соціальної функції у чоловіків і жінок спортсменів і студентів не спортсменів

Мета : Мета даного дослідження полягала в порівнянні психічного здоров'я, фізичних симптомів тривоги і порушень сну з розладами соціальної функції серед чоловіків і жінок спортсменів і студентів не спортсменів. Методи : Цільова популяція складалася виключно з чоловіків і жінок спортсменів і студентів не спортсменів університету Гилян. Після проведення опитування ( опитувальник GHQ ) на визначення стандартного загального стану здоров'я відповіді були оцінені викладачами факультету фізичного виховання та спортивних наук. Надійність тестів визначалася значенням Cronbach Alpha ( 0,83 ). Серед них 90 чоловіків спортсменів і 90 чоловіків не спортсменів. Зібрані дані були проаналізовані за допомогою t -тесту ( ANOVA ). Результат и: Спостерігається значна різниця середніх балів між чотирма шкалами психічного здоров'я, фізичними симптомами тривоги і порушень сну і розладами соціального функціонування і не спортсменів в обох групах. Висновки : Таким чином відзначається менша кількість психологічних проблем у спортсменів. Рекомендується фізична активність як оптимальна стратегія в залежності від обставин, а також легкодоступний і недорогий спосіб поліпшення психічного здоров'я серед студентів спортсменів і не спортсменів.Посилання
