ЗДОРОВ’ЯЗБЕРІГАЮЧА ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ КЕРІВНИКІВ ЗАГАЛЬНООСВІТНІХ НАВЧАЛЬНИХ ЗАКЛАДІВ ЯК ПСИХОЛОГО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНА ПРОБЛЕМА

Мета: розкрити суть та структурні компоненти здоров’язберігаючої діяльності керівника загальноосвітнього навчального закладу. Матеріал : проведено аналіз психолого-педагогічних джерел. Результати: розглянуто здоров’язберігаючу діяльність керівника загальноосвітнього навчального закладу. Невід’ємний складник його управлінсько-педагогічної діяльності спрямован на створення оздоровчого середовища (фізично-предметного, психолого-комунікативного, навчально-виховного) навчального закладу. Також забезпечення підтримки, збереження і зміцнення здоров’я всіх учасників (школярів, педагогів, батьків) педагогічного процесу. Проаналізовано зміст основних компонентів (планування, організація, стимулювання, контроль) здоров’язберігаючої діяльності керівника. Висновки: Постійний педагогічний моніторинг дозволяє оцінити ефективність освітньо-виховної роботи закладу за ступенем досягнення ним поставлених цілей та внести відповідні корективи в розв’язання питань здоров’язбереження учасників педагогічного процесу.Посилання
