Мета: представлена технологія підготовки спортсменів відповідно до вимог системного підходу. Розкрита методологія управління командою в умовах навчально-тренувального процесу в змагальному періоді між турами регулярного Чемпіонату України. Матеріал : в експерименті брали участь 85 спортсменів віком 18-32 р. Результати: рекомендується під час контрольних тренувань виконувати техніко-тактичні дії у жорсткому регламенті майбутніх ігор. Контрольно-модельні тренування - при більш повній імітації умов змагань. Ударні тренування виконувати зі значним перевищенням обсягу та інтенсивності. Ударно-модельні тренування - наближені до матчів, де моделювались умови і збиваючи фактори. Найбільш оптимальними й ефективними показниками вважати: кількість замін в одному матчі - 8-12 разів; час перебування гравця на майданчику - 12-15 хвилин; оптимальний час відпочинку гравців під час замін - 3-5 хвилин; частота серцевих скорочень після відпочинку - 100-120 ударів за хвилину. Висновки: розроблено модельні мікроцикли навчально-тренувального процесу гандболістів між турами Чемпіонату України.Посилання
