ЗДОРОВ'ЯЗБЕРЕЖУВАЛЬНІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ У СИСТЕМІ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ ПОЧАТКОВИХ КЛАСІВ

Мета: розкрити особливості застосування здоров’язбережувальних технологій у системі професійної підготовки майбутніх учителів початкових класів і схарактеризувати їх практичне впровадження. Матеріал : у дослідженні приймали участь 137 студентів. Було використано тест на визначення ймовірності розвитку стресу за Г. Нємчиним і Ж. Тейлором. Результати: встановлено, що переважна більшість опитаних (67%) мають низький рівень працездатності і середню стресостійкість. Тобто існує можливість розвитку негативних наслідків стресу. Серед студентів з середнім і низьким рівнем успішності 76% причиною цього назвали перевтому. Визначено здоров'язбережувальні технології як реалізацію сукупності педагогічно доцільних форм, методів і засобів організації й управління навчально-виховним процесом. Запропоновано критеріальні показники навчальної діяльності з позицій здоров’язбереження. Представлено досвід роботи з упровадження здоров'язбережувальних технологій у практику роботи психолого-педагогічного факультету. Висновки: особливість здоров'язбережувальних технологій полягає у гармонійному поєднанні навчальних, виховних і розвивальних педагогічних упливів. Вони конкретизуються у навчально-пізнавальній, науково-дослідній, організаційно-виховній роботі студентів та педагогічній практиці у школі. Вони спрямовані як на розвиток і удосконалення фізичних, духовних, психічних і соціальних чинників здоров'я молодої людини, так і на формування здоров'язбережувальних компетенцій студента.Завантаження
