МЕТОДИКА БІОМЕХАНІЧНОГО АНАЛІЗУ ХОРЕОГРАФІЧНИХ РУХІВ (НА ПРИКЛАДІ «ГРАНД БАТМАН ЖЕТЕ»)

Мета : біомеханічний аналіз виконання хореографічного руху «гранд батман жете». Матеріал : у дослідженні приймали участь студенти (n=7) кафедри класичної хореографії факультету хореографічного мистецтва. Результати: Проведено біомеханічний аналіз хореографічного руху «гранд батман жете» (класичний екзерсис), отримано кінематичні характеристики (шлях, швидкість, прискорення, зусилля) центру маси (ЦМ) біоланок тіла виконавця (стопи, гомілки, стегна). Побудовано біокінематичні моделі (фази). Визначені енергетичні характеристики - механічна робота і кінетична енергія ланок ноги при виконанні хореографічного руху «гранд батман жете». Висновки: вставлено, що спроможність спортсмена і тренера-хореографа аналізувати біомеханіку рухів дає позитивний вплив на удосконалення хореографічної підготовки кваліфікованих спортсменів в гімнастиці (спортивна, художня), фігурному катанні та танцювальних видах спорту.Посилання
