Взаємозв'язок між самоефективністю і виснаженням спортсменів у елітних волейболістів

Мета: Дослідження про взаємозв'язок між самоефективністю і виснаженням у спортсменів елітних волейболістів, які грають в лігах високого рівня, в літературі відсутні. Метою даного дослідження є вивчення взаємозв'язку між самоефективністю і виснаженням спортсменів у елітних волейболістів. Матеріал: Дослідницька група складалася з 173 [n = 61 жінок, n = 112 чоловіків] елітних волейболістів. Середній вік учасників становив 25,6 року [± 6,3]. Дані були зібрані за допомогою форми особистої інформації, Загальною шкали самоефективності [GSE] і Анкети вигоряння спортсмена [ABQ]. Програма SPSS 22 використовувалася при аналізі отриманих даних. Тест Колмогорова-Смирнова був застосований, щоб визначити, чи показали дані нормальний розподіл, і рівень значущості був прийнятий як 0,05 в аналізах. Параметричні тести використовувалися при аналізі даних. Результати: В результаті дослідження було виявлено негативна кореляція високого рівня між виміром зусилля і опору [GSE] і зменшеним почуттям виконаного обов'язку [ABQ] [p <0,01]. Таким же чином, була негативна кореляція між здатністю і довірчим виміром [GSE] зі зменшеним почуттям виконаного обов'язку [ABQ] [p <0.01]. Висновки: Цей результат показує, що у спортсменів з високим загальним рівнем самоефективності менше вигоряння, ніж у інших. Волейболісти, які грали в національних командах, мають більш високу самоефективность і менше стомлення. Пол не має ніякого відношення до самоефективності і вигоряння волейболістів. У міру того, як вік учасників зменшувався, рівні вигоряння збільшувалися.Посилання
