Взаємозв'язок швидкісних, силових і швидкісно-силових здібностей хокеїстів-професіоналів на льоду і поза льодом

Мета : виявити ступінь кореляції між швидкісними, силовими, швидкісно-силовими здібностями хокеїстів-професіоналів на льоду і поза ним. Матеріал : протестовано 65 хокеїстів-професіоналів у віці від 16 до 33 років. В анкетуванні взяло участь 75 тренерів високої кваліфікації. Результати : Виявлено взаємозв'язки між 11 показниками швидкісних, силових і швидкісно-силових якостей, які доповнюють уявлення про перенесення фізичних якостей. Виявлено високий взаємозв'язок між швидкісними і швидкісно-силовими здібностями, які проявляють спортсмени у вправах на льоду і на землі. Виявлено середній рівень взаємозв'язку між статичною (абсолютної) силою і швидкісними здібностями хокеїстів. Підтверджено гіпотезу про можливість перенесення стартовою швидкості (потужності) в різних умовах прояви. Висновки : Отримані дані дозволяють скорегувати тренувальну програму хокеїстів з урахуванням нових знань про можливість перенесення тих чи інших фізичних якостей у підготовці спортсменів.Посилання
