Сучасні стратегії регулювання рухової активності дітей дошкільного та шкільного віку в освітньому просторі

Мета : систематизація сучасних стратегій регулювання рухової активності дітей дошкільного та шкільного віку. Розглянуто критерії оцінки рухової активності з урахуванням індивідуальних особливостей дітей і соціокультурних умов. Обґрунтовується адаптаційна стратегія регулювання рухової дітей в сучасному освітньому просторі. Матеріал : проаналізовано 10 дисертацій і понад 80 робіт, опублікованих в спеціалізованих журналах Росії, України, Казахстану, Білорусії. В роботі використовується кількісний підхід, який носить дослідницький і описовий характер. Такий підхід включає методи дослідження документів. Була проведена ідентифікація досліджень за останні 50 років. Проводився аналіз нормативних програмно-методичних матеріалів, освітніх стандартів, зразкових освітніх програм і результати власних досліджень. Ці дослідження обгрунтовували різні підходи до регулювання і формування позитивної динаміки рухової активності дітей дошкільного та шкільного віку. Результати : Виявлено три стратегії регулювання рухової активності: біологічна, ціннісно-соціальна і біосоціальна (адаптаційна). Встановлено їх відповідність рівню науково-методичних знань і вітчизняного досвіду. Встановлено лімітуючі фактори і конкретизовані шляхи перетворення системи фізичного виховання на різних рівнях освіти. Обґрунтовано сучасна адаптаційна стратегія регулювання рухової активності дошкільнят і молодших школярів. Показана доцільність її впровадження в освітній процес. Це створює сприятливе середовище фізичного розвитку дітей. Висновки : Адаптаційна система регулювання рухової активності повинна враховувати: інтереси і можливості дітей на всіх рівнях освітньої системи; регіональні спортивні традиції; соціокультурні та кліматичні умови. Вкрай актуально відтворення ігрового простору дитинства. Це сприяє формуванню активної позиції по відношенню фізичної культури особистості.Завантаження
