ВПЛИВ ВУГЛЕВОДНОГО ГЕЛЮ «ЕНЕРГЕЛЬ. ВИТРИВАЛІСТЬ» НА ПРАЦЕЗДАТНІСТЬ СПОРТСМЕНІВ

Мета: дослідити вплив курсового застосування вуглеводного гелю на спеціальну працездатність кваліфікованих спортсменів. Матеріал : працездатність спортсменів циклічних видів спорту (n=14) визначали до та після курсового вживання гелю з використанням навантаження зростаючої потужності. Результати: Виявлено вірогідне збільшення потужності роботи на рівні порога анаеробного обміну (на 12%). Встановлено підвищення механічної ефективності та економічності м’язової роботи на рівні порога анаеробного обміну і на рівні максимального споживання кисню. Такі результати свідчать про створення умов для покращення енергозабезпечення м’язової діяльності за рахунок аеробного компоненту, що дозволяє подовжити час виконання роботи без настання втоми. Висновки: показана доцільність застосування вуглеводного гелю за умов фізичних навантажень, що потребують прояву витривалості. Рекомендовано використання в практиці підготовки спортсменів для підвищення ефективності тренувальної та змагальної діяльності.Завантаження
