ГЕНДЕРНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ТА ВІДМІННОСТІ У ПОКАЗНИКАХ САМООПИСУ ФІЗИЧНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ЮНАКІВ І ДІВЧАТ РІЗНИХ ВІКОВИХ КАТЕГОРІЙ

Мета: вивчення гендерних особливостей та відмінностей самоопису фізичного розвитку школярів. Матеріал: У дослідженні прийняли участь школярі 5-11 класів (юнаків - n=177, дівчат - n=188). Використовувся тест-опитувальник Самоопис фізичного розвитку. Результати: Виявлено, що кореляційні зв’язки показників усіх вікових категорій мають певні гендерні відмінності. Встановлено, що юнаки своє здоров’я асоціюють із власною самооцінкою та фізичними якостями: координація рухів, гнучкість. Дівчата своє здоров’я поєднують з фізичною активністю та власними фізичними здібностями. Хлопці фізичну координацію рухів пов’язують з наявністю силових якостей. Дівчата - виключно зі своїм зовнішнім виглядом. Також виявлено, що хлопці власну самооцінку безпосередньо пов’язують зі своєю силою та фізичною активністю. Для дівчат дані показники не мають великого значення. Висновки: рекомендується підходи до вирішення проблеми гендерних стереотипів і дисбалансу у фізичному вихованні підлітків. Вважається за доцільне необхідність розробки концепції гендерного підходу у фізичному вихованні. Це дає можливість: сприяти розвитку індивідуальних схильностей та здібностей учнів різної статі; подоланню статево-рольових стереотипів; більш ефективному формуванню цінностей фізичної культури.Посилання
