Моделювання реалізації функціональних можливостей лижників-гонщиків при подоланні лижних трас різної складності

Мета : обґрунтувати модельні характеристики компонентів функціональної підготовленості кваліфікованих лижників-гонщиків в залежності від умов змагальної діяльності. Матеріал: Проводилися обстеження 20 спортсменів збірної команди України. Результати: встановлено, що подолання підйомів різної довжини і крутизни супроводжується певним функціональним напруженням організму та змінами в кардіореспіраторній системі. Це впливає на ефективність подальшого пересування на спуску та рівнині. Встановлено, що співвідношення аеробної і анаеробної продуктивності змінюється відповідно рельєфу траси. Висновки: розроблено модельні характеристики провідних параметрів підготовленості лижників, використання яких може сприяти підтримці високого рівня спеціальної працездатності на всіх відрізках дистанції. Особливо це стосується підйомів різної крутизни.Посилання
