ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПРОЦЕСУ НАВЧАННЯ ФІЗИЧНИХ ВПРАВ ХЛОПЦІВ 14-15 РОКІВ

Мета: оптимізувати режим навчання фізичним вправам у навчальному процесі хлопців 14-15 років. Матеріал : В експерименті прийняли участь хлопці 14 років (n=24) і 15 років (n=24). Використано план факторного експерименту. Результати . встановлено вплив кількості повторень вправ (Х1) та інтервалів відпочинку (Х2) на ефективність навчання фізичним вправам. Одночасне варіювання факторами за спеціальною програмою забезпечило вивчення кожного з них у різних умовах. Це дозволило отримати більш надійні висновки придатні до змінних умов. Результати дисперсійного аналізу свідчать, що для хлопців 14-15 років оптимальні режими навчання знаходяться в межах 6-12 повторень в уроці з інтервалами відпочинку 60-120 с. У процесі навчання хлопців 14 років необхідно орієнтуватися на кількість повторень в уроці. У хлопців 15 років - на збільшення інтервалу відпочинку і врахування взаємодії двох факторів. Висновки . Встановлено, що підвищення ефективності навчального процесу можливо на основі аналізу регресійних моделей, розрахунку оптимальних режимів виконання фізичних вправ в процесі їх навчання.Посилання
