Відносини між переглядом спортивних подій та участю глядачів у фізичній активності

Передумови та мета дослідження. Метою цього дослідження було вивчення взаємозв'язку між переглядом спортивних подій на стадіонах і фізичною діяльністю глядачів. Матеріали і методи: Контингент включав в себе глядачів баскетболу, волейболу та гандболу на стадіонах Тегерана, чисельність яких складає більше ста тисяч чоловік. Були обрані 384 глядача з використанням таблиці Моргана в простому випадковому методі. Глядачі заповнили анкету до початку ігор. Інструментом був розроблений дослідником запитальник, дійсність якого була підтверджена фахівцями з управління спортом і комунікаціями. Надійність була досягнута рівній 0,86 з використанням альфа-тесту Кронбаха. Зібрані дані аналізували з використанням тесту K-S, тесту хі-квадрат, коефіцієнта кореляції Спірмена (з використанням програмного забезпечення SPSS) і підтверджує факторного аналізу (з використанням програмного забезпечення LISREL 8.8). Результати: Результати показали, що існує значний позитивний взаємозв'язок між переглядом спортивних подій на стадіонах і наміром глядачів здійснювати свою фізичну форму. Крім того, спостерігався значний позитивний зв'язок між ефективними факторами глядача при перегляді спортивних подій і фізичною активностю. Ці фактори пов'язані зі стадіонами, спортивними подіями та соціальної взаємозв'язком. Висновки. Схоже, що перегляд спортивних подій і стимулюючих факторів у спортивному середовищі і стадіонах сприяє фізичній активності і здоров'ю. Оскільки в цьому дослідженні основна увага приділяється важливому соціальному ефекту спортивних подій, він може стати відправною точкою для дослідників, щоб з'ясувати, чи сприяє заохочення людей спортивним подіям підтримувати соціальне здоров'я.Посилання
