Abstract It is considered the problem of training of future specialists with Olympic and professional sports in higher education. At the theoretical level analysis of the state of the problem of training of future specialists with Olympic and professional sports in higher education. It is used a set of research methods: analysis, synthesis, synthesis of the literary sources. The results obtained allowed the model to analyze the training of future specialists with Olympic and professional sports for the content of training. Specific content of training future specialists with Olympic and professional sports is the introduction to each of the cycles and blocks of courses and majors training techniques with the use of teaching approaches to creating professional-important qualities. The promising research topics "Forming professional-important qualities of future specialists with Olympic and professional sports in higher education."
