APPLICATION OF HEALTH MEASURES AND PHYSICAL EXERCISES FOR THE CHILDREN - ORPHANS OF 1-2 YEARS

Abstract Influence of the worked out methods of health measures and physical exercises on physical development and functional system of children-orphans in a period from 1 to 2 years is considered. These measuring of anthropometric indexes, frequencies of heart-throbs, arteriotony, breathing frequency is used in research. It is set that at application of the worked out methods, with the use of complexes of exercises, mobile games and receptions of massage, the indexes of physical development and functional system of children-orphans had a positive dynamics.
