THE STRUCTURE AND CRITERIA OF PHYSICAL PREPARATION OF STUDENTS TO THE COURSE OF THREE YEARS' LONG STUDIERS IN THE COLLEGE

Abstract In this article, a substantial impact of the physical exercises included in the teaching programmer in the framework of physical education training on the structure of physical preparation of students of the three years' long teaching cycle was established. Utilization of a factual analysis allowed for tracking positive changes in the structure of preparation of the students. Two statistical values relative to independent factors were identified, linking groups of the stamina index and speed - strength features. The minimum quantity of control indices were created, which will allow for objective characterization of the generalized impact of physical exercises on the structure of preparation of the students.
